Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return it because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you 3 days to decide.
-We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once
sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our
terms and conditions.
– Simply, you can conveniently return any unworn/unused item for a credit coupon, within 3 days from the date of delivery by either Whatsapping us on the given Number : 9920086745 or emailing us on [email protected] with the given information :
– Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges and will be valid for a period of 3 whole months
– Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.
-The Shipping Charges will not be Borne by us for the same and will have to be borne by the customer unless the piece is damaged or defected.
Can everything be returned?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall in to any of the following categories:
As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
– Anything from the Personalised collection will not be eligible for a return.
– This is also applicable to sale items, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.
-An item once exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time and will not qualify for any returns.
We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.
Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 3 days.
-For any items with manufacturing defects, wrong orders or Quality issues, please contact us via the given Email Address or WhatsApp( Calling not available) us on +91 9920086745 with photographs of the damaged piece to schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
-The said item should have been delivered not more than 3 days back to be eligible for a free exchange. Any requests raised post the exchange period will not count as a manufacturing defect. Any Damage to the product due to wear and tear will not qualify for a free exchange.
-The said item will be exchanged with a fresh new piece within 7 working days, once again at no extra cost.
-They will not be eligible for a refund, instead we we will either exchange it for a fresh new piece or a credit note against the return.
